170g rice stick noodles                   1/3 cup chili sauce

¼ cup fish sauce                              ¼ cup lime juice

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce           2 tablespoon vegetable oil

6 garlic cloves, minced                   4 shallots, sliced

1 sweet green pepper, sliced           1 red pepper, sliced

1 egg, lightly beaten                        110g medium tofu, cubed

2 cups of bean sprouts                     6 green onions, sliced

½ cup chopped coriander                1 cup large shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ cup chopped roasted peanuts       3 lime slices


  1. In a large bowl, soak noodles in warm water until flexible, about 15 minutes; drain and place in large dry bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together chili sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, ½ cup water and chili paste; set aside.
  3. Add oil to Ropot, then add garlic, shallots, green and red pepper, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, green onion, shrimp, noodle and mixed sauce.
  4. Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”. Then press “+” key to add an extra 2 minutes. Once the program is completed, add peanuts, coriander sprigs and lime before serving.
