Sautéed Shredded Pork Tripe

300g cooked pork tripe            

1 green and 1 red sweet peppers

1 tablespoon oil 1 table spoon cooking wine

1 teaspoon soybean sauce

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 green onion 

2 slices of ginger

2 garlic cloves


  1. Shred the pork tripe, scald thoroughly in boiled water and then drain; wash the green, red sweet peppers and cut into strips; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
  2. Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soybean sauce, shredded tripe, green and red sweet peppers, salt and white sugar.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
