800g lamb

3g angelica root

2 green onion

6 slices of ginger

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon Pixian bean paste

1 tablespoon sweet soybean paste

2g salt


  1. Wash the lamb and cut into chunks. Immerse the lamb in boiled water for 5 minutes and drain off water. Cut green onion into section. Crush the ginger.
  2. Add the ingredients to Ropot and add clear soup (cover the ingredients).
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stew” (add time according to the recipe).
  4. After the program is completed, keep the lid closed for 10 minutes until the lamb is well-cooked.
