Stewed Beef with Apple, Korean Style

Ingredients:
600g gravy beef
300g apple
80g onion
5g salt
80g soybean oil
15g flour
30g butter
3g chili powder
350ml beef soup
10g sesame (baked)
Directions:
- Wash the sinew meat, removed fascia, cut into slices and beat flat; sprinkle with salt, chili powder and flour evenly.
- Wash and peel apples, remove seed and base, dice; peel and shred the onion.
- Add soybean oil to Ropot. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Sauté”.
- After the program is completed, put in beef slices and fry to golden color. Take out and drain off the oil.
- Place a layer of apple chunks on top of beef, then add a layer of fried beef on top of the apple, then apple chunks again, then add onion, beef soup and salt. Sprinkle baked sesame, and press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
