Stewed Chicken with Mushroom

800g Chicken

5 mushrooms

5 chestnuts

1 tablespoon oil

1 green onion

3 slices of ginger

2 dried pepper

2 aniseed

1 tablespoon cooking wine

5g salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon chili powder

5 cups of water


  1. Wash the chicken and cut into small chunks; soak the mushroom in boiled water for 10 minutes and wash; cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices.
  2. Add oil to Ropot, then add green onion, ginger, chicken chunks, mushroom, chestnut, dried pepper, aniseed, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, chili powder and water.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”, then press “+” key to add an extra 10 minutes (time can be increased or decreased if necessary).
