Stewed Lamb with White Radish

200g white radish
500g lamb
5 red dates
5g Chinese Wolfberry
2 hawthorn fruits
5g soaked black fungus
1 tablespoon oil
5g salt
3 slices of ginger
1 green onion
1 tablespoon cooking wine
2 aniseed
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 cup chicken broth
Directions:
- Wash the lamb, cut into chunks and scald in boiled water; wash the white radish and cut into diamond chunks; cut soaked black fungus; cut green onion into sections and ginger into slices.
- Add oil, and then green onion, ginger, lamb chunks, red dates, Chinese Wolfberry, white radish chunks, hawthorn fruits, black fungus, salt, cooking wine, aniseed and chicken broth to Ropot (cover the ingredients with the chicken broth).
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
- After the program is completed, press the “Function” key to select “Braise”, until the soup turns white and the lamb is well-cooked.
