Stewed Pork with Pickled Cabbage and Vermicelli

1 pickled cabbage

400g streaky pork

15g of vermicelli

1 green onion

3 slices of ginger

3g salt

2 cups chicken broth


  1. Wash and shred the pickled cabbage; wash the pork and cut into slices; wash the green onion and cut into sections, cut ginger into slices.
  2. Add the pickled cabbage in first then add pork on top of it.
  3. Add broth (cover the main ingredients), ginger slices, green onion and salt to Ropot. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
