Stir-fried Beef Filet with Hot Pepper

300g beef fillet 10 small green hot pepper
1 green onion 3 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon soybean sauce
½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon white sugar 2 marinated pepper
Directions:
- Wash beef filets and cut into strips. Scald the beef strips with boiled water. Wash then remove seeds from the green pepper, cut into strips. Cut the green onion shorter and shred ginger.
- Add oil into the cooker, and then add green onion, ginger, green hot pepper, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, marinated pepper in that order.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”. Press “+” key to add a few more cooking minutes if needed.
