Tom Yum Goong Soup (Thai Food)

Ingredients:

20 prawns (shrimp), medium size

5 cups of chicken broth

1/3 cup sliced fresh galangal

4 tablespoon fish sauce

4 tablespoon lime juice

½ cup mushrooms, halved or whole

6 crushed Chili peppers

6-8 kaffir lime leaves, shredded

2 stalks fresh lemongrass, lightly pounded, cut into 1-inch segments

1 fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add prawns, chicken broth, galangal, fish sauce, lime juice, mushrooms, chili peppers, lime leaves, lemongrass into the cooker
  2. Press the “Function” key to select “Stew”. Press the “-” key to reduce 10 minutes.
  3. Once the program is completed, add cilantro before serving.
