Braised Pork with Chestnuts

500g streaky pork

200g chestnuts

3 tablespoon cooking wine

2 tablespoon light soy sauce

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 green onion

3 slices of ginger


  1. Wash the streaky pork, cut into chunks and quick boil in hot water; shell chestnuts; cut the green onion into sections and ginger into slices;
  2. Add streaky pork and chestnuts to Ropot, and then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, green onion and ginger.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”. Then press the “+” key to add extra 4 minutes.
