Fried Fish

750g fish chunk

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cooking wine

6 slices of ginger

2 green onion


  1. Wash and cut the fish into thin chunks. cut the green onion into sections and ginger into stripes.
  2. Add oil to Ropot; put in fish chunks mixed with salt, cooking wine, ginger and green onion.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Pan-fry”, then press “+” key to add 2 extra minutes or add more extra cooking time if necessary.
