Fried Pie with Seafood, Thai Style

Ingredients:

300g shrimp paste

1/4 cups of sleeve-fish (chopped)

3/4 tablespoon light soy sauce

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ tablespoon sugar

½ tablespoon starch

1 egg

1 tablespoon coriander (chopped)

1/8 tablespoon soda

1 cup of bread flour

1 tablespoon oil

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly mix the ingredients above; add kidney bean and water then mix evenly; make 6 pies with the paste.
  2. Add oil to Ropot and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
  3. When the oil is getting warm, put in pies, close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Pan-fry”. Press “+” key to add an extra 1 minute.
