Fried Pumpkin Cake

200g steamed pumpkin

1 egg

50 g flour

6 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoon white sugar


  1. Stir to mix pumpkin with egg and sugar, wrapped with flour to make pumpkin cake dough
  2. Add oil (over the pumpkin cakes); Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “pan fry”. Then press “+” key to add extra 6 minutes
  3. When the pumpkin cakes get golden color, stop the program then take them out of the pot and sprinkle with white sugar.
