300g chicken breast, sliced into small pieces

3 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves, diced

½ onion, shredded

½ cup cashew nuts

5 dry chili or chili sauce

1 green onion, cut into pieces

1 ½ tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

3g salt

1 red chili, cut into stripes


  1. Add oil to Ropot, then add chicken breast, garlic, onion, cashew nuts, dry chili/chili sauce, green onion fish sauce, soy sauce, salt and red chili.
  2. Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
