Ma Po Tofu

Part 1:

200g ground pork

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 slices ginger

450g firm tofu, cut into 1-2cm cubes

1 tablespoon corn starch whisked with ¼ cup of water

2 green onions, chopped

Part 2:


½ cup chicken broth or water

3 tablespoon black bean sauce

2 table spoons Hoisin Sauce

1 table spoon chili sauce


  1. Mix Part 2 Sauce ingredients in a bowl thoroughly then set aside.
  2. Mix Part 1 and Part 2 ingredients (with chicken) thoroughly.
  3. Add oil to Ropot, then the rest of the ingredients into the cooker. Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
