Noodles in Shredded Pork Soup with Salted Potherb Mustard

200g noodles

100g lean pork

50g salted potherb mustard

1 red pepper

1 tablespoon oil

1 green onion

1 teaspoon light soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

2g salt

1 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Wash the pork and shred; wash the mustard and cut into sections; wash red pepper and shred.
  2. Add oil to Ropot, and then add green onion, shredded pork, salted potherb mustard, red pepper, soy sauce, salt, white sugar and sesame oil.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry” to make seasoning for noodles. After the program is completed, put it in a bowl.
  4. Add boiled water into the cooker and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”. Well cook the noodles and put it in a bowl. Pour the prepared seasoning on the noodles and add broth.
