Noodles with Fresh Shrimp Wonton
100g fine noodles
10 wonton wrappers
150g shrimp meat
5g dried shrimps
1 green onion
2 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon chili powder
6 cups of water
- Clean shrimp meat and cut into sections; dice the pork; chop green onion and ginger; add cooking wine, sesame oil, chili powder and chopped ginger and mix to make stuffing.
- Take 1 wonton wrapper, add stuffing in the center and make wonton.
- Add water to Ropot. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”. After the water is boiled, add wonton and noodles.
- After wonton and noodles are well-cooked, add dried shrimps, seaweed and salt.
