Noodles with Fresh Shrimp Wonton

100g fine noodles

10 wonton wrappers

150g shrimp meat

50g pork

5g dried shrimps

5g seaweed

1 green onion

2 slices of ginger

1 tablespoon cooking wine

2g salt

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon chili powder

6 cups of water


  1. Clean shrimp meat and cut into sections; dice the pork; chop green onion and ginger; add cooking wine, sesame oil, chili powder and chopped ginger and mix to make stuffing.
  2. Take 1 wonton wrapper, add stuffing in the center and make wonton.
  3. Add water to Ropot. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Braise”. After the water is boiled, add wonton and noodles.
  4. After wonton and noodles are well-cooked, add dried shrimps, seaweed and salt.
