Pan Fried Rainbow Trout Fillets

350g rainbow trout fillet

1 table spoon salt

1 table spoon black pepper

1 table spoon cooking oil


  1. Marinate rainbow trout fillet with salt and pepper. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Add oil to Ropot, close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Pan-fry”.
  2. Press “+” key to add an extra 3 minutes.
  3. After 4 minutes, open the lid and turn the rainbow trout fillet and then close the lid.
