Sautéed Assorted Vegetables
200g cucumber / 200g carrot / 200g yam / 1 table spoon oil / 2g salt / 1 green onion / 3 slices ginger / 3 garlic cloves / 1 tea spoon sesame oil
1. Wash the cucumber, carrot and yam, peel then cut into strips. Scald the carrot and yam in boiled water for 5 minutes. Finely chop the green onion / ginger / garlic.
2. Add oil into the cooker, and then add green onion / ginger / garlic / salt / cucumber strips/ carrot / yam in that order.
3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Sauté”.
4. Add sesame oil before serving.
