Sautéed Cuttlefish with Noodles

150g noodles                                 200g cuttlefish

1 green sweet pepper                    1 red sweet pepper

1 tablespoon oil                             ½ teaspoon salt

1 green onion                                 3 slices of ginger

3 garlic cloves                               1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon water starch              1 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Wash and cut noodles and cuttlefish; scald the cuttlefish in boiled water; cut green sweet pepper, red sweet pepper and green onion into wide shreds; shred the ginger.
  2. Add oil to Ropot, and then add ginger, Cuttlefish, noodles, green sweet pepper, red sweet pepper, green onion, salt and cooking wine.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Sauté”.
  4. Add water starch and sesame oil, then press the “Toss” key.
