Sautéed Cuttlefish with Noodles

Ingredients:
150g noodles 200g cuttlefish
1 green sweet pepper 1 red sweet pepper
1 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon salt
1 green onion 3 slices of ginger
3 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon water starch 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
- Wash and cut noodles and cuttlefish; scald the cuttlefish in boiled water; cut green sweet pepper, red sweet pepper and green onion into wide shreds; shred the ginger.
- Add oil to Ropot, and then add ginger, Cuttlefish, noodles, green sweet pepper, red sweet pepper, green onion, salt and cooking wine.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Sauté”.
- Add water starch and sesame oil, then press the “Toss” key.
