Sautéed Diced Chicken and Green Soybean

Ingredients:
150g green soybean 150g chicken breast
3 tablespoon dried bean curd 1 red sweet pepper
1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon soybean sauce ½ tea spoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar 1 green onion
2 slices of ginger 2 garlic cloves
Directions:
- Cook the green soybean in boiled water; wash and dice the chicken breast; dice the dried bean curd/red sweet pepper; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil to Ropot, then add green onion, ginger, garlic, green soybean, diced chicken, dried bean curd, red sweet pepper, cooking wine, salt and white sugar.
- Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
