Sautéed Diced Chicken with Chili and Pepper


150g chicken breast / 50g green pepper and 50g red pepper / 1 green onion / 30g black fungus / 1 table spoon oil /1 tea spoon sugar /3 slices of ginger / 3 garlic cloves / 1 table spoon bean sauce


1. Wash and dice the chicken breast; wash green pepper / red pepper / green onion and cut into U shape; cut black fungus into smaller pieces.
2. Add oil into the cooker, and then add ginger / garlic / bean sauce diced chicken / green pepper / red pepper / green onion / black fungus / white sugar.
3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
