Stir-fried Prawns

500g prawns

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 green onion

6 slices of ginger

6 garlic cloves

3 marinated chili

½ teaspoon salt 


  1. Wash the prawns and drain; chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
  2. Add oil to Ropot, and then add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp, marinated pepper, salt, white sugar and cooking wine.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
