Scrambled Shrimp Meat

400g shelled shrimp

1 tablespoon oil

1 green onion

3 slices of ginger

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon cooking wine

 ½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon water starch

1 teaspoon white sugar


  1. Wash and scald shrimp in boiled water. Finely chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
  2. Add oil into the cooker, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp, cooking wine, salt and white sugar in that order.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
  4. Add water starch then press the “Toss” key.
