Ingredients:
400g shelled shrimp
1 tablespoon oil
1 green onion
3 slices of ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon cooking wine
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water starch
1 teaspoon white sugar
Directions:
- Wash and scald shrimp in boiled water. Finely chop the green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil into the cooker, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp, cooking wine, salt and white sugar in that order.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
- Add water starch then press the “Toss” key.
