Steamed Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Pork Paste

200g grounded pork

100g cabbage leaves

1 green onion

2 slices of ginger

2g salt

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce


  1. Finely chop the green onion and ginger; add them into pork paste, and then add salt, dumpling seasoning and dark soy sauce; stir clockwise to make stuffing; scald the cabbage leaves with boiled water.
  2. Place one cabbage leaf on table, add one spoon of stuffing, make into spring roll shape, put the roll in a container.
  3. Add boiled water to Ropot, put in steam rack and place the container on.
  4. Press the “Function” key to select “Stew”.
