Stir-fried Green and Red Pimento


200g green pimentos / 50g red pimentos / 1 table spoon oil / 2g salt


1. Cut meat into slices and dress with starch flour; remove seed of green pimentos and red pimentos, cut them into diamond shape pieces;
2. Add oil, green / red pimentos, meat slices (stir with chopsticks) and salt.
3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry” (3 minutes).
