Stir-Fried Tofu in Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
400g tofu
1 marinated pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 green onion
3 slices of ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 table spoon Pixian bean paste
1 teaspoon soybean sauce
1 tablespoon water starch
1 garlic bolt
Directions:
- Wash tofu and dice into thumb size; wash garlic bolt and cut into shorter lengths; finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic.
- Add oil into Ropot, and then add green onion, ginger, garlic, Pixian bean paste, soybean sauce, tofu, garlic bolt and marinated pepper in that order.
- Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Manual”.
- Dress with water starch then press the “Toss” key.
