Sweet and Sour Pork with Pepper

200 g pork tenderloin

Half red sweet pepper

Half green sweet pepper

2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee sweet and sour sauce

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 tablespoon salt


  1. Cut sweet pepper into slices and press the “Power” key to turn on Ropot.
  2. When the “Pre-heat” completes, add oil, pork and sweet peppers to Ropot. Press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”. Press “+” key to add an extra 1 minute.
  3. When the program completes, add sweet and sour sauce and press “Toss” key.
