Yangzhou Fried Rice

300g cooked rice

50g ham

1 egg

50g shelled shrimp

1 tablespoon green peas

2 slices of lettuce

2 sliced green onions

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon salt 


  1. Wash the shrimp and drain off water; dice the ham; scald the green peas in boiled water; wash and shred green onion and lettuce; whip up the egg;
  2. Add oil and egg to Ropot, press the “Function” key to select “Manual”; press the “-” key to reduce 2 minutes. After the cooking program is completed, add rice, ham, shrimp, green peas, green onion, lettuce and salt in that order.
  3. Close the lid and press the “Function” key to select “Stir-fry”.
